Our parenting class was written by a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked with the court system for years developing an acceptable online parenting class.

How important is it to take a parenting class with a professional background?
Very important!  There are many parenting classes out there who operate out of someone’s basement with very little experience.  They want your money, but they cannot provide you with what you need in a parenting class.  Getting parenting certificates approved from websites without professional backing is very difficult. Buyer beware.

What is the difference between a parenting and a co-parenting class?
This is a tough question because all states, counties, courts etc. use different terminology.  Basically, a parenting class is a class that will help you to enhance your parenting skills.  A co-parenting class is a class that will help you to get along better with your ex-partner.  Since this terminology, parenting class or co-parenting class, is such a confusing issue we decided to do one class with parenting and co-parenting included.

How long does it take to complete the class?
That depends on you.  Some people log in and complete it in one sitting.  Others prefer to take their time and sign in and out often.  It really depends on your lifestyle.

How will I receive my certificate?
You don’t have to wait for your mail man to come to your door.  All you have to do is open your email inbox?

Why should I take my parenting class online?
Convenience, anonymity, you get to concentrate on areas of the class that are pertinent to your life and not others. You don’t have to worry about parking, leaving work early, who will watch the kids.  Taking a parenting class online allows you to stay focused on what is important to your own life.
Is this court approved by the Florida Department of Children and Families?  Yes, this is approved Florida statewide.

Does Florida accept other parenting class that is not on their approved list?
No, the state of Florida has a very stringent guideline that must be followed to become approved.  Taking a parenting class other than on the approved list will not be accepted.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we will refund your money ONLY if you can produce in writing that the courts did not accept your certificate.

Do you share my info with any outside sources?
Absolutely not.

Can I pay for one class and have my partner take it too?
No.  You both must have a separate account in your own names.  But if you refer your partner to take the class we will give a discount.

Can we have both of our names on a certificate?
No.  The courts will not accept a certificate with multiple names on it.  You both need a separate account and complete the class separately.
